I cannot log into my account.
This account i am using now is an old one with no services.
My services are on another account but I cannot access it.
I have been on hold on the phone for over and hour and gave up.

The online assistant just goes round in circles.
There is apparently no way to speak to a human about a complex issue.
Someone from o2 needs to read this and contact me.
My direct debits have been cancelled so they aren't getting paid until I can log in.

Just about the worst thing you could have done in this circumstance was cancelling your direct debit instruction, @Ed11111 - you will need to persist with O2, Guide: How to find help & contact O2 at around 8am tomorrow, or try the Social Media route via the links below - Twitter/X response time can be about 3 days. Good luck!

If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app
Instead try the web version
https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
If none of that works then
You can call O2 on 202
Or use the social media links below
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Their customer service is literally non existent.
I will not be calling them again.
I cancelled the direct debit as they were still charging me for cancelled services

I suggest that you carefully consider your position. I have every sympathy with what you have done, but you are creating problems for yourself :-
1. O2 will sell your debt to a debt collection agency who will take recovery action against you.
2. O2 will report you to the credit reference agencies and trash your credit score.
In this regard, O2 are ruthless. I would urge you to engage with them and try to resolve matters by agreement. 👍

Thing is....if you go into arrears your access to My O2 would be restricted so no one here can help with this.
