Hi,
I have bought a new phone and cannot connect my existing Apple Watch airtime plan to my new phone. Comes up with an ‘04’ code.
getting passed about by customer services!
can anyone help please?

O2 need to disassociate the plan with the old phone
Good luck getting this sorted
I'm not sure anyone on here has been able to connect a watch plan at the first attempt
