Hi there,
I called up to cancel and order that was mistakenly put onto my account. I was told that this had been cancelled, however i received a text to say my order was with DHL. Any support on this would be appreciated. I'm not happy that this was not cancelled. I called up 30 minuted after the order had been mistakenly added to my account. I was told that it was cancelled.
