I have been calling and calling 202 to cancel my contract with O2 and pay off the remaining balance I have with O2 due to poor network coverage and generally bad reception. I called 5 times already and every time an agent picks up, they just drop the call every damn time and I am getting *bleep* and *bleep* every call that I make. Shall I just cancel my direct debit? I know that the agents don't really care about the company that they are working for as they get the salary regardless their poor performance or bad customer service as O2 has a massive employee numbers and monitoring each and one is near impossible. So the only solution will be is to just the direct debit and be done with O2's terrible customer care.

@Alexander123456 By all means follow the advice and links in the post above from @jonsie.

If you cancel your Direct Debit, the only one who will reap a whirlwind of trouble trying to get credit elsewhere will be you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
