Hi more than a month ago I emailed you to cancel my account and I no longer live in uk since January. My son was using the sim and I emailed to cancel the account. But you hadn't cancelled the account and I my self cancelled the direct debit. Has you can see the sim is not being used. My son has discarded the o2 sim
Please can you not send futher bills or hirate me has I no longer live in uk I have stress and illness which I am treating here
And kindly close My account on your end

There is no email facility to do this.
You need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
