i am part of a business group account and do have international data as part of this already. So I don’t need bolt ons etc. however whenever I get abroad it never works! I need to do something to activate being able to actually use it and I can’t remember what cos it’s been so long since last holiday!! Thanks
@BeckyL7744 The number for business customer service is 8002, but I doubt you'll find anyone there today. It may be that roaming isn't enabled on your account. You can reach O2 via social media. They may be able to help you:
Edit: Actually, I just checked, and the business department were there today, but they closed at 16:00. They are available as normal tomorrow.
