i am part of a business group account and do have international data as part of this already. So I don’t need bolt ons etc. however whenever I get abroad it never works! I need to do something to activate being able to actually use it and I can’t remember what cos it’s been so long since last holiday!! Thanks

If this is an iphone change the APN in settings to mobile.o2.co.uk

Reboot the phone, and sometimes scan for available networks.
Depending where you are and what phone you have, you may need to step it down to 4G from 5G.

@BeckyL7744 The number for business customer service is 8002, but I doubt you'll find anyone there today. It may be that roaming isn't enabled on your account. You can reach O2 via social media. They may be able to help you:

Edit: Actually, I just checked, and the business department were there today, but they closed at 16:00. They are available as normal tomorrow.
