Can't send txt msg after sending group msgs for 500 people

Hi, 

After sending 500 msgs at once my iPhone 14 Pro Max  stopped me from sending individuals msg. 

Tried to speak to O2 but they said everything is fine on their ends. 

Does anyone have any idea what could happened ?

It sounds like they may suspect the sim is being used for spamming

In which case they would have put a restriction on the sim but that would mean calls also

Can you receive texts and make/receive calls?

But you will have to persevere with customer service I'm afraid
