Can't send or receive photos since O2 too over my Virgin contract. Anyone having the same issues?

Hi there,

Is anyone having the same issue as me?  

Since O2 took over my contract from Virgin, I can no longer send or receive photos?

Any info or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Probably a settings issue so try resetting your network settings and ensure you are using an O2 apn, not the old virgin one.

You can use WhatsApp to send pics for free too.
