Flying to France in the morning.
Can't call or sms or send data
This maybe a billing issue but I can't login in as you want to send an sms
Can't see how to use Live Chat. Website sends me around in circles.

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I can't make calls so can't call them. Live chat fails to work as it's inaccessible .
Can't call business partner to check but looking at new bank account seems the DD sent to O2 is not active.
This wouldn't be the first time O2 have messed up with payments.

You can call 0800 numbers for free using Skype.
