For the past 3 months, I've had an issue with my debit card details not being able to be saved, no matter the debit card. I've tried 5 different debit cards and none of them will save. This is the message I get every time:
"We couldn’t save your card details. You’ll need to contact your bank to find out why. Once you’ve spoken to your bank, come back and try again."
I've phoned customer services, and they said they're following it up. It has been 3 months. Every month I'm having to phone up O2 to pay my bill. I don't like to have direct debit because of the way my wages are structured.
Please can I have some help and finally get this resolved so I can pay my bills online again.
