Unable to ring out received bill yesterday giving me 7 days to pay 

Or service would be reduced 

By the end of the same day  service was reduced 

Bill as been paid still can't ring out

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Up to 48 hours to be reconnected.

Have you considered a direct debit to avoid such issues?
