Can’t receive texts after porting to O2

I recently ported my number to O2. I can’t receive any texts from my bank, Twitter, Hinge amongst many other apps. iMessage and FaceTime also fail to activate.

 

I saw this is a common issue, please @O2Sarah@O2Ryan@O2Emma please can you help me. 

Your customer service team has been unable to and said it would be working by 7PM this evening and it still isn’t.

 

Please resolve ASAP.

@O2Sarah resolved this, it took a few hours but iMessage started working too. Texts came back straight after she did whatever it is she did. Thanks so much.
