Hi @Dave-O2
If I reboot my phone, it's taking about 5-10 minutes to connect to the network, once it does, it's 2G. If I try to make a call, it takes 3-4 attempts for it to go through. I never get any data, at best, I sometimes get 3G or EDGE.
It's happening everywhere. I have a work phone next to me, also O2, same phone model, that works fine. Full 4G right now.

Thanks @brandscill
The fact that another phone is working as it should, suggests the issue lies with the device/SIM and not the network.
Have you tried resetting the network settings on the phone? If you want me to look at your eSIM please PM your mobile number and i'll pick up tomorrow.

Hi @Dave-O2
The other phone was working all day, so I don't think the one phone working and the other one not was any suggestion that issue lied with the device/sim and not the network.
I restarted my phone again at around 19:00 and it finally rejoined the network and has continued to function ever since. Whilst I appreciate O2 said the fault was resolved mid afternoon, it didn't seem to be resolved for all customers so perhaps the fix was still rolling out.

Only a guess but if the fault was to do with the HLR (Home Location Registers) that would see some phones working and some not. It would also take time for the fix to roll out.
Sadly, network never tell us the real reason
