Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone? may help, meanwhile contact O2 via Social Media, either of the links below will work. You may find a trip to an O2 shop, with photo id, is required, @75Manchester
@Dave-O2 our Forum Manager may be able to tell, as there have been several cases of loss of O2 service reported last night and this morning, if anything else is amiss on the O2 side.

@75Manchester - in case you didn't get a note, the issue causing the symptoms you describe has now been addressed, and a reboot of your phone should get you reconnected to O2's network
If still no joy, the links just below for X and FB will get you through to the O2 Social Media Team for further troubleshooting.
