My phone doesn’t allow me to call 111. The problem started a few months ago. It was fine before. Now when I try to call it goes straight to “call ended”, doesn’t even ring. I have stage 4 cancer and often need to phone 111 and it’s worrying me that it isn’t rectifying. I’ve phoned 02 and emailed them and no one seems able to understand the issue or help - does anyone have any ideas?
I turned WiFi calling off but doesn’t make a difference.

Even though the call is free, if you have a zero spend cap, it can prevent calls like this.

Hi
Thanks for this. I currently have a £60 spend cap so don’t think it can be that 😔

It shouldn't be assuming you haven't reached the limit already @Lilz
You can use the service online in the interim NHS 111 online - NHS Digital
but keep trying O2 to sort the calling issue for you.
