Hi, I’ve been trying to login to my o2 account to check my data and I am unable to login. I have tried resetting my password, deleting and redownloading the app but I still can’t login.
The error message I am met with is;
Oops. My 02 isn't available to you yet.
Don't worry, you can still manage your account in My 02 for web.
I don’t understand why as i have always been able to login to my account with no problem.

If using the app, try deleting, rebooting phone and then reinstall the app.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)
Unlikely that you'd get help in store, but may be worth a last resort try.

Must admit I don't use the App as it is short of functionality compared to the Web version

I use the app for a quick check on usage but use web for changes and more detail.

You have mentioned that before, but I have never tried to do anything that I cannot do in the app.
Can you give us a couple of examples please of the additional functionality in the web version ? I am keen to discover what I am missing out on ! ❓

@Oxonian Mainly to do with bills, able to see credits from community awards but things like setting your spend cap too come to mind.
Actually it is best just to access it on your phones browser and play to compare the two
I think the layout is better
