I am not new to o2 however since moving to aerial at o2 I can’t log in to the app
The last online support sent me a link to reset my password which I have done however it is still not letting me in - the error suggests that I am not yet set up and in turn cannot access it
this is so annoying

If you're with Aerial it will be a business account so you need a different portal.

Call 8002 if you have any problems or speak to Aerial.

Can you log in Via the Web

If so try deleting the app, rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app.
Otherwise you will need to contact O2 Business

You can only us the web based My O2
Call 8002 if still can't log in
Just to say, Aerial; are not O2 and you are now on a business contract and all the issues that come with it
