Try to login using Incognito mode in your browser, or using another browser, and before you login to the main O2 site (or vice versa if that is the issue).
If it does not work, reach out to O2 Social Media Team at any of the links below this post to get O2 to correct your MyO2 account credential, @Ehab - nobody here on the forum can access your account.
