dear 02, in Ben a member for many months now and I couldn't get a SIM and phone only the SIM as my credit was not good enough, so 02 gave me a unlimited SIM and by December I could choose a hand set of my choice , I called aproxx 6 weeks ago and was assured I could have it , the lady on the phone was adiment to call in December after I made my December payment , but I've heard nothing from 02 since,, I'm paying for a SIM with no phone to use it with. This isn't o2 so you need to remove your personal details.
Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
