Can't connect to cellular calls in `italy

I have two sim cards in different phones, the sim cards connect to data but do not connect to cellular calls and texts. When someone calls the number it goes straight to voice mail..

Check that 4G Calling (wifi calling) is active on both phones. You can't call without it as,4G is a data network and there is now no 3G there

Vodafone have started the big switch off in the UK.

Looks like O2 will be the only one in 18 months.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
