My personal details when trying to submit info for a Gift Card are outdated.
I want to update them but:
1. Name fields are greyed out. They look incorrect on the claim page but they are correct on my personal details section of My 02, so I can't fix it from there.
2. Address is outdated and I can't update it from my 02.
Any help please?

You will need to contact o2 customer services, but they need to match your contract details.
I would call o2 on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202
