Hello,
I received my new sim card and have been trying to activate it since yesterday. I have texted SWAP, then I was asked for the SSN which I sent. I then received a text from you saying you had NOT received it. In the meantime I have lost any signal so cannot send any messages via the phone anymore. I cannot make calls either.
How can I activate my SIM??? I am completely phoneless
