Can't activate my Esim

Hi. I have recently purchased an esim and need to activate it I believe by signing into my o2 account. However, I can't now receive the security code via text as the physical sim has reverted back to the old number. Can you send the security code to my email address, tayyab_93**Personal info**, instead so I can activate my esim?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
