Hi,
For 2 months now I can't access my bills to download them for my records.
Can you please provide January and February's bills and fix the access problem?

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions or query bills etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If you are trying to view them on the App
Instead try the web version
https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
Many of us moved to the new billing system get errors when trying to view or download bills via the App
