I have been trying to access My O2 for months and still get the message my account is not set up yet. My mobile number is recognised but does not appear to be linked up to my account as I have no products and services available.
Does anyone know how to resolve this? O2 tech support have done nothing to help despite me ringing up on several occasions! They can’t even given me a reference number to log the issue…..

@Pezza_85 - you will need to tackle O2 via Social Media, any one of the links below, to get them to fix this. Keep pinging them periodically until you get an agent who responds, and be persistent. It stems from an upgrade some time back that affected many thousands of O2 customers. Good luck!
