I bought an airtime plan for my Apple Watch on Tuesday 24th August 2021. Since then my ability to make or receive calls has been lost whilst data and texts is unaffected.
I have contacted customer services every day and keep getting told to wait. I then get told the issue was resolved but no-one let me know. I tried rebooting and resetting network settings and I still can't make or receive phone calls. This is super stressful as I have calls from my doctor later this week in which they have no other way in contacting me whilst I'm at work.
Please an the O2 Gurus advise on if this issue still persists and any timescales on when I can expect my service to resume.
