Hello,

I’ve recently moved over to O2 from vodaphone using my iPhone 11.

As the phone was not looked I have been able to use o2 straight away.

However I have not been successful in enabling wifi calling. Has anybody else had this problem. I am presented with the following message:

To allow wifi calling on this account, contact O2

You need to call o2 and get it enabled on your account, then you need to login to myo2 and select more and then 4G and WiFi Calling and enable it in there as well.

Why its not automatically provisioned no one knows..

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
