Hi there, my Samsung s10 plus will not make outgoing calls. I've tried absolutely everything. Any ideas plz. I can't ring O2 for obvious reasons. So frustrating

Have you tried your sim in another phone @mandysweeting?

If it doesn't work then you need a new sim. If it does work then it's a problem with your phone.
