I am back with 02 now after a few years away and my service has been working fine up until a few days ago when suddenly I could no longer receive any text messages or incoming calls. Any incoming callers will just get the announcement that calls to the number cannot currently be connected. I am using an iPhone 12 Pro Max and I am on a pay monthly SIM only deal. I have been in contact with support via the online messaging option in the app but they have not been helpful at all unfortunately. I have tried every troubleshooting option under the sun and the problem still persists.
Can anybody help at all?
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
This is happening to my sim aswell. I have contacted o2 and spoke to a lady about it, I have never had an issue with o2.. but the lady I spoke to made my situation 10x worse.
I rang them up to ask why I have been cut off? Even though my bill is always paid on time. She tried telling me I haven’t paid and then 5 mins later apologised and realised I have paid it. I have a new sim that hasn’t worked since the day I got it. Asked her about that and she then tells me she’s cut both my sims off.. explained that I needed atleast one sim to work. She said it’ll take 24 hours to be back up and running.
never had a problem with o2 before, all I’ve seen today is people having issues with their SIM cards.
