Calls keep dropping out!!

I have not had my phone very long (I have a Samsung s20FE) and when making/receiving calls the person I am talking to sometimes cannot hear me and then the call drops out....I have had the phone looked at by a Samsung technician and he said the phone was fine. I have also exchanged the sim card to see if this was causing it? But I am still having issues, which I am not happy about. I have searched the internet and it states that it may be because of a faulty antenna? Can anyone help me, please??

It could be a mast fault, I would check https://status.o2.co.uk and use your postcode to check. 

If its an phone antenna fault, the if you use a case take it out, however if a "Samsung" technician has had a look then it may not be a fault he has found.
