Over the last few weeks my phone has been cutting off during most calls for no reason. I have a good signal at home and in the local area. This happens when I make the call and when someone else has called me. The line just cuts off and goes dead with no warning at different points during a call.
I have checked the signal status in my area and it says there are no issues with this. I have tried rebooting my phone and checked wifi, data, etc and all is working fine. It does not happen when I am in the car connected to my bluetooth though.
Thanks

On the face of it I'd think it was a network issue despite no issues being reported.
Being connected to bluetooth should make any difference other than that you may be using a different mast to the one at home when you are out and about.
You can report issues on the status page O2 Service Status or through the MyNetwork app https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network
