Calls dropping / not showing calls but get voicemail and missed calls alerts

For around two weeks I have had calls dropping / not receiving calls properly/ voicemail left / missed calls alerts.

Been reporting it as a network issue but getting nowhere 

Not good timing as I am at home currently recovering from a stomach operation and need be able to use phone without issues

Tried several of the suggested fixes, nothing seems be working

Have you tried using Wifi Calling on your phone, as this will help as indoor coverage can be hit a miss due to how radio waves work.
