Why can't I call the Isle of Man from the UK?
It's not covered by 'uk land lines and other mobile' so I purchased the 'International bolt on' but still can't call the Isle of Man

Calls are 55p per minute so if on PAYG you need extra credit.

If on contract you may have a spend cap Guide: Spend Caps & Charge to Mobile on O2 

If you are able to use WhatsApp or Messenger you could call for free.

If calling is going to be a regular thing it may be cheaper to get them a basic smartphone to run WhatsApp on as there is no way around the 55p per min with O2.
