Dear team
I am an O2 monthly pay user. I am in Pakistan travelling currently. I have bought the £ 7 travel bolt on to call from Pakistan. Despite that my phone is not calling out to the UK, it keeps saying call failed. I can use Whatsapp etc but I need to make a call to a landline in the UK. I have good signals, my phone is switched on, good Wifi as well, and have data roaming turned on as well. I recall that O2 had to do something to help with this last time. But I can't even call O2, as their numbers are all UK based, hence turning to online for some answers and help.
My no: ***********
Thanks

Make sure you are putting +44 before the number you are calling, @OsmanMalik
All contact info here: https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
If your data roaming is working, unlikely you gave a problem with your roaming setup.
Manually searching for a different network may make a difference, even if the network shows as "Forbidden".
Good luck!

Turn off your wifi and see if that is confusing things.
Wifi calling doesn't work when abroad.
