I’ve given my old iPhone SE to my father. Whenever he receives a call it only shows the number calling not the name of the person calling. These callers are all in his contacts. Does anyone know how to change this please?

Go to Settings > tap your name to access Apple ID settings > iCloud > and look under Apps Using iCloud and make sure that “Contacts” is toggled to the ON position to be enabled.
