Call issue

Hi, i reached out to 02 who have told me to contact someone on here...
For the past 2 months i have issues regarding making and receiving calls.. i will go to call someone and it will cut off straight away or i will call, it will ring but upon answer it will cut off, they will call back and it will connect for all of 3 seconds and cut off.. i am extremely vulnerable and i really need my phone to be working.. i reset my phone and it will work for a few days but then it appears to go back to normal. I am on contract so i am frustrated that this keeps happening! It needs fixing asap.

Hi @Z3ddy  have you checked your network status? https://status.o2.co.uk/ 

Or you may need to take the sim out and clean it, reinsert it and see if that works.

If not then call for a new sim
