We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Or pop into your local O2 store with some ID.

iv had my phone now for 34 days, 4 days over the 30 days, all they have done have took off my 5g bolt on and given me a E sim thinking it may be the sim in phone, but apparrently others have been in store today with same issue as me and they think its something to do with apple watches also if you've got 1 as well as the phone..mine seems to be behaving now thank god

no, go to your nearest o2 store, I think the problem is becoming widespread so they should know the fix by now but if they dont give them a slap and tell them to Remove the 5g bolt on and it should resolve, im sure o2 will resolve it at sum point without removing the 5g bolt on, which by the way can be added back once issue is sorted
