Hi O2, I am getting calls from people who say I have called them - but I haven’t! Any ideas?

Yes, the most likely scenario is that spammers have spoofed your number to ring people.

Not much you can do but the good news is they will move on to another number quite quickly.

It has happened to me

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
