I nee to find out if I can move the pay and go tariff I have to a new phone. Ive lost one and could do with the credit swopped over.

If you report yor SIM lost O2 will send out a new one with the same number

However assuming you have a new O2 SIM and phone migrate your old number across and your credit will remain

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Just put thee old sim into the new phone

If it's a different size call into aany O22 store and they will swap your number to a new sim

Credit would stay with your number

Take photo ID with you

O2
