I’m trying to buy a 500MB Bolt on but both the app and website will not let me buy more than 100MB. The + button doesn’t work. This is only since the latest update three weeks ago

Unfortunately it's a known issue which O2 have not yet resolved as it only affects certain accounts

You need to call customer service I'm afraid

Thank you. I won’t bother buying a bolt on then. Their loss if it’s a known problem and they can’t be bothered to fix it ☹️
