In the first page of the PAC transfer form it ask for what kind of tariff I am on an my phone number, does it ask for my new ones with O2 or the old ones from my previous provider?
On the last page it asks for what number I want to transfer and my new one, but which one am I supposed to input on first page of the form?
Edit: Also how long does it take to switch the number over? I still don't have my o2 card but don't want to lose access to my number, when should I request the switch?

Kind of tariff is either contract or PAYG.
The number on the first page is a contact number, so you can use your current number for that.
Wait until you have your O2 sim to start the process.
Timeframe is 24 hours, Mon to Thursday. Requests received on a Friday will be the following Monday.
