Currently on hold to 202 after being disconnected twice waiting 😡

5 week old iPhone 15 Pro Max, sudden loss of signal and absolutely no o2 SIM/eSIM will work in the phone, it just gives 'no service'.

Phone is supplied direct by o2 and brand new (not like new etc) and account is up to date.

Apple Support chat and an Apple Store tech have confirmed no issue with the hardware in the phone

An IMEI blacklist check shows one of the phones IMEIs as 'blacklisted' - what the....?

Anyone experienced this before?

@chrislewis85

It sounds like an error by either o2 or an insurance company when sending through the IMEI for a device to be. barred, it does happen, (I once did it to someone at work by accident)

All you can do is ask o2 to remove the blacklisting...

iPhone 16 Pro Max - o2 and Spusu
Xperia 1V - Spusu
