When I took out my o2 monthly, I clearly stated that I was born in 1962. despite that I have been restricted to age 4 + years old. I have tried to varify my age as requested in my o2 account. It requires me to fill in my o2 mobile number , sends me a verification code to my o2 mobile number, I put the six digit verification code in but then states that this number is for another user despite my number being clearly entered on my o2 details as a match. So my number is the same on my o2 details as the one I given, It sends the code to the same number, then tells me that this number is for another user. Also regarding my o2 contract. I produced both my debit card also my Passport at the o2 store when I joined o2 in may of this year. The o2 assistant entered my birth details as 30/July 1962. my age is proven as all my details are entered by o2 on my o2 page. now it is telling me I need to go back to the o2 store to prove my bloody age. It will not accept my debit card as proof of my age but o2 are more than happy to access my debit card to charge me my monthly usage. can somebody please explain to me that despite my giving proof in May, with my passport, and the store adviser entering my D.O.B as 1962 and confirmed and not requesting an adult content block, why the hell am I placed in this very embarrasing situation of needing to visit a store and say... errrrrrrrr CAN YOU PLEASE ALLOW THIS GROWN MAN WHO IS SIXTY YEARS OLD TO ACCESS NAUGHTY VIDEOS. For god sake, and this is quality service. I need to change providers and preferably not one who is invasive and patronising.
