Bolt On

In august while on holiday I bought an 8GB bolt on. I thought this was a one off. I still had some left which rolled over on to September but I didn’t get my usual 5GB. My reset date is the 2nd of the month, FF to end of September and I had less than 1GB left. I expected my reset to go back to 5GB today (2/10/23) but it’s gone to 13GB which I assume is my usual 5 plus the 8 again. I don’t need the 8 nor do I want it, when will it stop? I cannot afford to pay £22 for it again. (My normal price is around £11) and I cannot see how to remove / cancel the bolt on, or do I not need too?

Guide: My O2 - Bolt-ons will help. If you have inadvertently added a monthly, instead of a one-off, bolt-on, you may be able to remove it in MyO2, but if not, a call to O2 either via Social Media, link just below, or via 202 from your O2 phone. 08:10 is a good time to call them, @JulzCa - good luck!
