Blocking Landline numbers

A family members Samsung Phone which is a Galaxy S21FE has started to block Landline calls but when I've checked the number isn't in his blocked number list. He can call the landline is question as well. But we're not sure why its started to happen recently

Check again for a blocked number as that is the only logical explanation for it.

Also try deleting the number from the contacts list to see if it helps.

There was 6updates to be do the nite b4 lst one was the phone app which seems to of cleared it
