Hi, Last Sat (19/8/23) I reported my phone lost to O2 Cust Services. Then I found it again later the same day and again I called O2 to advise that I found it.
O2 have removed the block from the SIM, the SIM is now fine. But the phone handset it still barred and blacklisted!!!
I have phoned Customer Services 5 times, been into the O2 shop twice and even police station (which O2 shop suggested)!!
I have now been advised by Paul at O2 Customer Services that he will request unbarring again.
Any advice will be very much appreciated.

It's something you need to persevere with customer service unfortunately
There is no quick fix until someone pulls their finger out at O2
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Thank you very much for your response. After 4 days and many calls from my landline later, they managed to lift the barring.
