I bought a iPhone 8 and it’s black listed and I’m really sad as I can’t get my money back I just want to know how much I will have to pay o2 to remove the lock so I can use my phone

It's a common scam unfortunately.

Once sold, they report the phone lost or stolen and claim on their insurance.

The insurance block the phone and pay out, so the crook gets paid twice.

Your phone actually now legally belongs to the insurance company that has paid out on it.

You have an expensive paperweight now.

Why can you not get a refund?
