Recently O2 have updated there billing app and now I can no longer access my bill, including most recent and older bills. Every time I try an error page comes up and the links they suggest also don’t work. Very disappointing.

Must be thousands of customers having problems with My O2

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
