You need to go into MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Along the top of the page you will see various headings. It's in the section BILLS AND CURRENT CHARGES. Drop down box will show "Change payment or address details" and payment details will allow you to change your bank details. O2 will send a text to your phone to make sure it's you.

Welcome to the o2 Community forum
To alter your personal details bank etc you should be able to do this from MYO2
sign into your myo2 and on a mobile menu drop down to "more" on a computer there are tabs top of page.

Just to add. Bank details can't be changed under Personal details. I checked 4 days ago and today. Personal details is for changing email address and password and contact preferences. To change bank details you have to go into Bills and Current charges as shown above in the image I posted.
Edited to add: On Mobile and logged into My O2, under Manage Your Account' there is a section titled 'Change Payment or Billing Address.' Bank details can be changed in there.
